Inspiration for a trip
One day
Morning – Taking a look around the Velke Square, going to the top of the White Tower, visiting the Holy Ghost Church, having a lunch in one of the many restaurants at the square.
Afternoon – Going by bus to the Aquacenter, enjoying all, what it offers and then having a dinner in the local restaurant.
Weekend
Saturday morning – Walking through the Jirasek’s Park, along the wooden church to the hydroelectric power station, then sailing on a steamship along the banks.
Saturday afternoon – Taking a bus to the Giant Aquarium or a museum, then going to the Observatory and Planetarium tour or to a cinema, theatre or concert at night.
Sunday morning – Walking through the city center, around the Velke Square, climbing up the White Tower, then taking a look at the Old City Hall, having a cup of tea in its popular teahouse or going to the Museum of Eastern Bohemia.
